Misty's Salted Caramel Meringue

Preparation Time: 1 hour 15 minutes Ingredients: 4 egg whites 1 cup caster sugar 1 teaspoon white vinegar 3 tablespoons Misty’s Original Salted Caramel 300ml thickened cream Fresh summer berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) Misty’s Original Salted Caramel and mint to garnish Method: Preheat oven to 150C. Beat the egg whites in an electric mixer on high until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar gradually and beat for 6 minutes.
