this is how we care

Our goal is to offer eco~venience with conventional everyday products that reduce our reliance of plastic and paper in our everyday lives. To maximize our goals, with every HWRco purchase, we support our charity partners and spread awareness for the good causes they advocate in. Every $100 plants one tree through One Tree Planted Org. In addition, our limited edition collaboration products also have charity partners, such as our collaboration with Contemporary Aboriginal Artist Rachael Sarra where a portion of proceeds go towards supporting Bridging the Gap Foundation. Have a read below on our charity partnerships and what they do!

One Tree Planted Org.

Focusing on global reforestation, One Tree Planted’s mission perfectly coincides with our values as, like us, they do a significant part in helping the environment, creating a much healthier climate for us to live in.

Since their start in 2014, they’ve since planted over 15 million trees, and are currently working with countries around the world such as North America, South America, Asia and Africa as reforestation partners in giving back to their communities.

Trees provide us and other animals with air, water, biodiversity and even contribute to social health and climate factors, proving itself to be an important factor to the world’s wellbeing. Planting trees also provides jobs to over 1 billion people. With this wide range of positive factors, how could we not be massive supporters of One Tree Planted?

To showcase how much we advocate for this organization, for every $100 spent on HWRco products, our friends over at One Tree Planted will do just that… plant one tree!

Bridging The Gap Foundation

HWRco is supporting Bridging The Gap in the ongoing struggle of overcoming the issue of health and education opportunities and outcome of Indigenous Australians. Due to this issue, there is a 10 year gap in the average life expectancy between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Australians.

This drastic statistic generated Bridging The Gap’s mission to improve the quality of Indigenous life through raising funds and awareness to conquer this challenge.

Not only do they raise funds in order for the Menzies School of Health Research and Charles Darwin University to continually do research on the matter, Bridging The Gap also closely works with Indigenous communities in order to gain further insight on this gap, and aim to work with other educational and health institutions researchers and other organisations with the same incentive in order to increase the impact of their cause.

Through our feature collaboration with Contemporary Aboriginal Artist Rachael Sarra on our100% Recycled Toilet Paper, we give a portion of our proceeds towards Bridging the Gap Foundation.
