- We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 4:00pm (AEST).
- If you have not received your items within 7 working days, please contact us with your order number.
- Once your order is packed and en route to you, we will send you an email with a tracking number with tracking instructions.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may have been:
- redirected to the post office and you have been left a calling card; or
- left at a safe location at your address.
- Please check your tracking to locate your parcel.
- If your parcel has been redirected to your local post office, you can collect your parcel with a Photo ID.
